Cancellation Policy

Code School of Analytics (CSA)

Effective Date: Sept 1, 2026

At Code School of Analytics (CSA), we are committed to providing quality education, professional training, and a positive learning experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to course registrations, training programs, workshops, and other educational services offered by CSA.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

Students may request cancellation of their course enrollment by contacting the CSA administration team through the official communication channels.

Cancellation requests must include the student's full name, registered email address, course name, and payment details for verification.

All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by CSA.

2. Cancellation Before Course Commencement

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment before the scheduled commencement of a course may submit a written cancellation request.

  • Cancellation requests submitted at least 7 calendar days before the course commencement date may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative deductions.

  • Requests submitted less than 7 calendar days before commencement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Registration, processing, or administrative fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation After Course Commencement

Once a student has attended a class, accessed course materials, or commenced a training program, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.

CSA reserves the right to assess such requests based on attendance, course progress, resources provided, and the nature of the training program.

Fees for completed classes, delivered training sessions, or resources already provided may not be refundable.

4. Workshops and Short-Term Training Programs

Cancellation requests for workshops, seminars, bootcamps, and short-term training programs must be submitted before the scheduled event.

Refund eligibility will depend on the event's specific terms and conditions.

For programs involving limited seats, customized arrangements, or third-party resources, cancellation may be subject to additional conditions communicated during registration.

5. Course Transfer or Batch Rescheduling

Where feasible, CSA may allow students to transfer their enrollment to another batch or upcoming session.

Such requests are subject to:

  • Availability of seats in the requested batch.

  • Approval from the CSA administration.

  • Any applicable fee difference or administrative charges.

Batch transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved before the requested change takes effect.

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by CSA

CSA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a course, workshop, or training program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

In such circumstances, CSA will notify registered students and may offer:

  • Enrollment in an alternative batch.

  • Rescheduling to a mutually agreed date.

  • A refund of eligible fees where the program cannot be delivered.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Students will be notified once their refund request has been reviewed and approved.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise approved by CSA, the following may be non-refundable:

  • Registration or administrative fees.

  • Completed training sessions.

  • Digital learning materials or resources already accessed.

  • Third-party certification or examination fees.

  • Customized training or consultancy services already delivered.

Any applicable non-refundable charges will be communicated to students during enrollment.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

CSA understands that unexpected circumstances may affect a student's ability to continue a course.

Requests involving medical emergencies, personal emergencies, or other exceptional situations may be considered individually at the discretion of the administration.

Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

10. Policy Amendments

CSA reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy when necessary.

Any amendments will be published on the official website and will apply in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
