The terms that apply when you use the Code School of Analytics website, enroll in a course, book a 1-on-1 service or buy a certification exam, under the laws of Pakistan.

Last updated

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of codeschoolofanalytics.com (the "Website") and of the courses, batches, 1-on-1 services, certification exams, free tutorials and student portal (together, the "Services") offered by Code School of Analytics ("CSA", "we", "us"), Islamabad, Pakistan. By creating an account, submitting a form, enrolling, booking or paying for any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.

1. Agreement and electronic acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement under the Contract Act, 1872. Under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, clicking a button such as "Submit", "Book now", "Create account" or "Pay", and electronic records and communications (including email and WhatsApp messages), have the same legal effect as a signed written document.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for fees and conduct.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, misuses the Services or breaches these Terms.

3. Courses and batches

  • Courses are delivered in batches that may be Physical (at our Islamabad campus), Online or Hybrid. The mode, schedule, duration and fee of each batch are shown on the course page or confirmed by our admissions team.
  • A seat is confirmed only after enrollment is completed and the first fee (or first installment) is received.
  • We may change a batch's start date, timing, venue, mentor or mode for reasons such as low enrollment, public holidays, emergencies or government directions. We will inform you in advance where possible; if the change does not suit you, the Refund Policy applies.
  • Course content is updated regularly to stay current with industry tools. Learning outcomes depend on your attendance, practice and assignments; we do not guarantee exam results, employment, salary or placement.

4. Fees, installments and payments

  • Fees are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); some services are also priced in US Dollars (USD). Fees may change for future batches, but not for a batch you have already joined.
  • Where a batch offers installments, the schedule shown at enrollment applies. Late installments may lead to suspension of portal access, certificates and class attendance until the dues are cleared.
  • Online payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Stripe, PayFast, JazzCash and EasyPaisa) under their own terms and the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan. CSA does not store your card details. For bank transfers you must upload a valid receipt; a booking or enrollment is confirmed only after we verify the payment.
  • Promo codes and discounts are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. 1-on-1 services

Interview preparation, 1-on-1 training, career consultation and final-year project (FYP) consultation are delivered by a CSA mentor online or on-site at an agreed time. After payment is confirmed we schedule the session and share the meeting details. Please join on time; sessions cannot be extended beyond the booked duration. For FYP consultation we guide and review your work: you remain responsible for your project and for following your university's academic integrity rules.

6. Certification exams and certificates

  • Certification exams unlock in your student portal after payment is confirmed. Unless a program says otherwise, you may retake an exam you have not passed at no extra charge.
  • Exams must be taken by you, without help from another person, AI tools or unauthorised material. Impersonation, sharing questions or answers, or any attempt to manipulate results will lead to cancellation of the result and certificate, closure of the account and, where applicable, action under the law.
  • Course certificates are issued after you complete the course requirements. Certificates carry a unique code that anyone can verify on our Website. We may revoke a certificate obtained dishonestly.

7. Code of conduct

You agree to treat mentors, staff and fellow students with respect, and not to harass, discriminate, disrupt classes, share offensive content or record sessions without permission. Under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, you must not attempt unauthorised access to the Website, the portal or other users' data, introduce malware, scrape content, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may remove a student from a batch for serious or repeated misconduct; fees for such removal are not refundable.

8. Intellectual property

All course material, videos, recordings, slides, exercises, tutorials, exam questions, logos, photographs and Website content belong to CSA or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish, upload or share them (including class recordings and exam questions) without our written permission. Photos on the Website are watermarked and may not be reused.

9. Reviews, testimonials and your content

When you submit a review, testimonial, video or project work to us, you confirm it is your own and truthful, and you allow CSA to display it on the Website and in our marketing, with your name and course. You can ask us to remove it at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Third-party services and links

The Website uses or links to third-party services such as payment gateways, Google (Maps, Meet, Calendar), Zoom, WhatsApp and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Website and portal available, but they may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or withdraw Services, and we may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CSA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of income, job opportunities or data) arising from use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under the Islamabad Capital Territory Consumer Protection Act, 1995, the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005 or other applicable law.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, power or internet outages, strikes, security situations or government orders. Where possible we will reschedule or move classes online.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint amicably within 15 working days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts and consumer forums at Islamabad shall have jurisdiction.
