Which tools do you use?

Mostly Power BI, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and Excel. If your company already uses another tool, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help.

Is our data safe with you?

We work on the minimum data needed, prefer read-only access, and sign an NDA on request. Sensitive files stay on your systems wherever possible.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. Many projects are done with your analyst or accountant sitting next to us, so the knowledge stays with you after we leave.

Do you work outside Islamabad?

Yes. Most of the work can be done remotely, and we visit when a workshop or a data review is better done in person.

A look at your data

We review a sample of your files or a read-only copy. This is where surprises show up, and it is much cheaper to find them before the build starts.

Scope and quote in writing

You receive what we will build, what we will not, how long it takes and what it costs. No hidden extras.

Build in short cycles

You see a working version early and often. Feedback in week one saves a rebuild in week five.

Handover and training

Files, documentation, access and a training session for the people who will own it. Nothing stays locked inside our laptops.

It depends on the number of data sources, how clean they are and how many reports you need. A single dashboard is a very different job from a warehouse.
