How do I enroll in a course?

Who can join CSA courses?

Students, fresh graduates and working professionals who want a career in data, business intelligence or AI. Each course page lists its level (for example Beginner or Intermediate), so you can pick one that matches your current skills. If you are unsure, book a Career Consultation and a mentor will suggest the right path.

Do I need a computer science or IT background?

No. Our beginner courses such as Hands-on Power BI, Become a Data Analytics Professional and Learn Vibe Coding with AI Agents start from the basics. Intermediate courses such as Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence expect some familiarity with data or SQL; the course page explains what you should know beforehand.

When does the next batch start?

New batches start regularly. Open batches, start dates and remaining seats are shown on each course page. Send an enquiry and we will tell you the next available batch for your preferred mode and timing.

Can I visit the campus before enrolling?

Yes. You are welcome to visit our office at Office No. 7, 3rd Floor, Gulberg Trade Center, Gulberg Green, Islamabad. Please call or WhatsApp us first so a team member is available to meet you.

How will I know my enrollment is confirmed?

Once your enrollment is completed you receive a confirmation by email with your batch details and a student portal account, where you can see your schedule, fee status and course material.

Which courses do you offer?

Are classes online, physical or hybrid?

All three. Every batch is marked Physical (at our Islamabad campus), Online (live classes) or Hybrid (a mix of both), so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and location.

Are the classes practical?

Yes. Classes are hands-on and project-based: you work with real datasets, build reports and dashboards, and complete assignments reviewed by your mentor, so you finish with work you can show to employers.

Who teaches the courses?

What happens if I miss a class?

Let your mentor know in advance where possible. Class material and assignments are available in your student portal so you can catch up, and your mentor can guide you on what you missed. Regular attendance is important because it counts towards completing the course.

Can I switch to a different batch or mode?

Often yes, subject to seat availability. Contact us as early as possible and we will try to move you to another batch or mode of the same course.

How much do the courses cost?

Fees depend on the course and the mode. Online batches cost less than physical ones; for example, Hands-on Power BI is PKR 15,000 online and PKR 25,000 physical. The exact fee for every course is shown on its course page.

Can I pay the fee in installments?

Yes. Many batches offer an installment plan. The schedule is agreed at enrollment and shown in your student portal, and you receive reminders before each installment is due.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer (upload the receipt), debit or credit card through Stripe, PayFast, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Card and wallet payments are handled securely by the payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.

Can I pay in US Dollars?

Yes, for our 1-on-1 services and certification exams you can switch the site currency and pay in USD by card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Course fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees.

How long does it take to confirm a bank transfer?

Our team verifies uploaded bank transfer receipts, usually within one working day. You receive a confirmation as soon as the payment is verified.

Will I get a certificate after the course?

Yes. When you complete the course requirements you receive a CSA certificate, which you can download from your student portal.

How can an employer verify my certificate?

Every certificate has a unique code. Anyone can enter the code on our certificate verification page to confirm the certificate holder's name, course and date.

What is Get Certified?

Get Certified offers online certification exams, such as SQL Certified Developer, that you can take without joining a full course. Pass the exam and your certificate is generated instantly.

How do certification exams work?

Choose a program, sign in or create a free account, and pay online or by bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed the exam unlocks in your student portal under My Certifications. You need the program's passing score (for example 70%) to pass.

What if I fail a certification exam?

You can retake the exam from your My Certifications page. Retakes are included at no extra charge unless the program page says otherwise.

Yes. Every certification program page shows a few real sample questions (without answers) so you know what to expect before you pay.

What 1-on-1 services do you offer?

What is FYP Consultation?

Final-year project teams sit with a CSA mentor to choose or refine their project idea, plan the work and get technical direction. The mentor guides and reviews your work; the project itself remains your team's own.

How do I book a session?

Open the service page, choose your domain and preferred date and time, and pay online or upload a bank transfer receipt. Admins can also book a session for you if you contact us on WhatsApp.

When will my session be scheduled?

As you complete lessons, courses and exams you earn learning points. Points unlock badges from Newcomer to Learner, Achiever, Specialist, Expert and Master, and you can track your progress on your dashboard.

Do free tutorials give a certificate?

Free tutorials are for self-study and do not include a certificate. To earn a certificate, join a course or pass a Get Certified exam.

How do I create an account?

Click Sign up in the top menu and enter your name, email and a password, or continue with Google or Facebook where available. Students enrolled by our team receive their login details by email.

What can I do in the student portal?

See your batches and class schedule, attendance, assignments and grades, fee status and installments, exams and certificates, service bookings and your learning score, and update your profile.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Contact our support team by email or WhatsApp from your registered email or phone and we will help you reset it securely. Once signed in, you can change your password from My Profile.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Go to My Profile, open Change Email, enter your new email and confirm with your current password. Use the new email the next time you sign in.

Can I leave a review of CSA?

Yes, we would love to hear from you. After a session or course you can write a review, with an optional video, from the Leave a review page. Reviews appear on the site after a quick check by our team.

Can I get a refund if I can't continue a course?

If you withdraw at least 3 days before the batch starts you receive a full refund. Within the first week you can get a 50% refund or move to the next batch once. After the first week fees are not refundable. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 session?

Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a free reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, though we try to offer one reschedule.

How long do refunds take?

We share a decision within 5 working days of your request, and approved refunds are paid within 14 working days to the original card or wallet, or to a bank account in the payer's name.
