We handle personal information in line with the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, and we will comply with Pakistan's personal data protection legislation as it comes into force.

1. Information we collect

Contact and enquiry details: name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, city, preferred learning mode, the course or service you ask about, and any message you send us through forms, email, phone or WhatsApp.
Account and student records: login email and password (stored only as an encrypted hash), profile photo, guardian contact details for younger students, enrollments, attendance, assignments, grades, exam attempts, learning points, certificates and fee records.
Payment information: amount, method, transaction reference and, for bank transfers, the receipt you upload. Card payments are processed by the payment gateway; we never see or store your full card number.
Service bookings and reviews: booking details, preferred times, session notes, and any review, rating, testimonial, photo or video you choose to submit.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Photos from events: photographs taken at our classes, seminars and events, which we may publish in our gallery.

2. How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, process admissions and create your account.
To deliver courses, sessions and exams, track attendance and progress, and issue certificates.
To process payments, verify receipts, send fee reminders and keep accounting records.
To send service messages such as schedules, meeting links, results and important updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
With your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), to send news about new batches, events and offers.
To improve the Website and our teaching, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Certificate verification

Each certificate has a unique code. Anyone who enters the code on our verification page can see the certificate holder's name, the course or program and the date, so employers can confirm it is genuine. No contact details are shown.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

Payment processors and banks (for example Stripe, PayFast, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) to process payments;
Service providers that help us run the Services, such as website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp Business (Meta), video meetings (Google Meet, Zoom), calendars and analytics, under confidentiality obligations;
Your assigned mentors, for teaching and assessment;
Government authorities, courts or law enforcement where required by the law of Pakistan;
Anyone else, only with your consent (for example, when you ask us to share a reference with an employer).

Some providers store data on servers outside Pakistan. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate security measures.

5. Photos, testimonials and reviews

We publish success stories, reviews and event photos to show our students' achievements. Photos on the Website carry a CSA watermark. If you do not want to appear, or want a photo, testimonial or review removed, email us and we will remove it promptly.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as currency, and analytics cookies to understand how the Website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, such as signing in, may then stop working.

7. How long we keep information

Enquiry and lead records: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you enroll.
Student records, fee records and certificates: for as long as needed to verify certificates and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Form submissions and support messages: as long as needed to handle them, then deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of sensitive settings, role-based access for staff and mentors, and regular backups. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (subject to records we must keep by law, such as fee and certificate records), or stop marketing messages. You can update most profile details yourself in the student portal. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will respond within 15 working days.

10. Children

Our Services are designed for adults and university students. If a student is under 18, we collect their information with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the Website or emailed to registered users.
