Spot the odd card payments

A bank in Dubai screens the day's card payments of one customer. A payment is flagged for manual review when it sits unusually far from the customer's normal behaviour, measured with z-scores.

Task: line 1 has the payment amounts (numbers separated by spaces, possibly with decimals). Line 2 has the threshold T (a number). Compute the mean and the population standard deviation (divide by n) of all amounts. A payment is an outlier when |amount - mean| / std is strictly greater than T. Print the outlier amounts exactly as they were written in the input, in input order, separated by single spaces. Print none when there are no outliers (this includes the case where the standard deviation is 0).
