The typical basket: median order value by country

Averages lie when one customer buys a robot vacuum and an espresso machine in the same order. The pricing team prefers the median order value per customer country. SQLite has no MEDIAN function, so you must build it: number the orders per country from smallest to largest and average the middle one (odd count) or the two middle ones (even count). Table notes: a line's net revenue is quantity * unit_price * (1 - discount_pct / 100.0). Orders with status Cancelled never count as sales. An order total is the sum of its lines' net revenue; ignore cancelled orders; break equal totals with the order id when numbering.

Task: for countries with at least 6 orders return country, orders and median_order_value (ROUND(x, 2)). Sort by median from high to low, then by country A to Z.
